The first winter we were homeowners of course our furnace just stops 3 weeks in. I called Air Excellence and the receptionist was so polite and happy to assist. She offered to schedule someone to come out within 2 hours since it was going to be in the low 20s for several days. The gentleman came out and in 1 hour had the heat on. We have had a warm home for weeks now with no problems. Thank you for your services!

Great service and fast. They replaced the compressor in my condenser unit which I think only leaked because leaves had collected in the bottom, my fault, which blocked drain holes and held moisture. Warranty transferred from the previous homeowner who had the system installed by Air Excellence. Air Excellence had all the records from the installation. Made the process a breeze.
